1 Definitions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the baji 365 platform and all services operated under it. In these Terms, "Platform" refers to the baji 365 website, mobile application, and other digital channels. "User" or "Member" refers to anyone who has registered on this platform and is using its services.

By accessing the platform, creating an account, or beginning to use any service, the user is considered to have read these Terms in full and to have agreed to them. If a user does not agree with these Terms, they are requested to refrain from using the site's services.

2 Account Registration

To open an account at baji 365, the user must provide accurate and complete information. If an account is registered with false information, the platform reserves the right to cancel it at any time. Each person may open only one account — if the same person holds multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and the balance may be forfeited.

2.1 Verification Process

Identity verification (KYC) may be required after registration. A National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued document may need to be submitted. Withdrawal access may be limited until the verification process is complete.

2.2 Account Security

The user is solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. If a user suspects that their account credentials have become known to a third party, they must change their password immediately and notify the support team. Sharing OTPs or login details with anyone is prohibited.

3 Eligibility and Age Requirements

To use the services at baji 365, the user must meet the following requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must operate the account in their own name and of their own free will — not on behalf of anyone else.
• Must conduct financial transactions using their own bank or mobile banking account.
• Accessing the service from a jurisdiction where such use is legally prohibited is not allowed.

baji 365 takes the protection of minors from gambling very seriously. If an account holder is found to be under 21 years of age, that account will be closed immediately.

4 Account Management

Each user is personally responsible for all activity on their account. If any technical issue or irregularity is noticed after logging in, it must be reported to the support team without delay.

4.1 Updating Contact Information

The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be kept active at all times. If this information changes, it must be updated in the account settings. The user is responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect contact details.

4.2 Sole Ownership

The account may only be used by the registered individual. Family members or friends must not be allowed to use the account. If evidence is found that a third party is using the account, the account may be suspended.

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following payment methods are currently supported for financial transactions at baji 365:

5.1 Transaction Rules

Transactions may only be made using a payment method registered in the user's own name. Funds sent from a third-party account are not accepted and such transactions may be reversed after verification.

5.2 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails due to a technical error, the user must contact the support team. A failed transaction may take up to 24 hours to be reversed automatically.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

The welcome bonus currently available at baji 365 is a 200% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. After receiving this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 15 times before a withdrawal can be made.

For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳2,000 bonus and their total balance will be ৳3,000. Before withdrawing, they must complete wagering of ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible once the wagering requirement has been met.
• The time limit for claiming a bonus and completing the wagering requirement will be stated separately for each offer.
• It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time — the previous bonus must be completed or cancelled before a new one can be claimed.
• If evidence of bonus system abuse is found, the account may be closed.
• The bonus amount is never equivalent to direct cash value — it functions as betting credit.

6.2 VIP Program

baji 365's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier offers a weekly cashback, calculated based on the net loss for that week (total losses minus total winnings). The cashback rate ranges from a maximum of 0.2% for Bronze to a maximum of 0.8% for Diamond.

7 Betting Rules

Specific rules apply to both sports betting and casino games at baji 365. The outcome of each bet will be determined according to the official result of the relevant event.

7.1 Sports Betting

If a match or event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded. If an event is abandoned before its scheduled end, the result will generally be settled based on the score at the time of abandonment — provided a minimum specified time has elapsed.

7.2 Live Betting

Odds may change during live betting. The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed may not be the odds at which the bet is accepted — if the odds change by the time the server processes the bet, the new odds will apply.

7.3 Casino Games

Casino game outcomes are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Each round is completely independent and unrelated to previous results. If the connection is lost during a game, the result will be determined according to the server-side state of the game.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji 365 platform. Engaging in any of them will result in account closure and the balance may be forfeited:

• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity.
• Bonus arbitrage or bonus hunting — artificially fulfilling bonus requirements.
• Creating multiple accounts for the same person.
• Using software bots or automated programs to place bets.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Colluding with other users to fix outcomes.
• Spreading false information on the platform or attempting to harm other users.

If suspicious activity is detected, baji 365 reserves the right to temporarily suspend the account pending investigation.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

baji 365 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and at any time without prior notice, particularly if:

• Any clause of these Terms is violated.
• Suspicious activity is observed on the account.
• Documents requested for verification are not provided within the specified time.
• The user has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

9.1 Voluntary Account Closure

If a user wishes to close their account themselves, they must contact the support team and submit a request. All pending withdrawals should be completed before the account is closed. A temporary break option (self-exclusion) is also available as part of responsible gambling.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the baji 365 platform — logos, designs, graphics, software, code, text, and other materials — is the intellectual property of the platform or relevant third parties. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or commercially use these materials without permission.

Content from third-party game providers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, JILI, and Evolution is subject to their own intellectual property rules.

11 Limitation of Liability

baji 365 is not liable for losses caused by technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or third-party service disruptions. Users are betting knowingly and at their own risk — the user bears full responsibility for any losses incurred.

11.1 Force Majeure

12 Changes to Terms

baji 365 reserves the right to partially or fully amend these Terms at any time. If changes are made, a notice will be posted on the platform and the "Last Updated" date will change. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
